DO YOU HAVE A CUSTOMER REFERRAL PROGRAM? WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS?

We do offer a customer referral program. If you refer a customer to Pro X Services and that customer sets up service with us you will receive free cash depending on service type.

WHAT AREAS DO YOU SERVICE?

We service Cobb, Fulton, Paulding, Haralson, Bartow, Douglas, Carrol, Floyd, and Polk counties.

ARE THERE ANY BENEFITS FOR FIRST-TIME CUSTOMERS?

Yes, all new customers that mention our website will receive a 5% discount on their first time service.

WHAT DO YOU DO WITH THE ANIMALS ONCE THEY ARE REMOVED?

We try every way possible to trap and relocate the animals we remove, sometimes we do have to euthanize or set certain traps depending on the circumstance, mainly rats, mice, and certain venomous snakes.

CAN'T THE CITY OR COUNTY TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEM FOR FREE?

No, wild animals must be removed and taken care of by a licensed operator.

DO YOU USE POISONS OR RODENTICIDES?

No

WHAT TYPES OF TRAPS DO YOU USE?

We use Cage traps, funnel traps, Comstock’s, Snap Traps for Rats and Mice.

ARE YOU LICENSED AND INSURED?

Yes, we are a Licensed and Insured company.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all forms of payment.

DO YOU REMOVE DEAD ANIMALS?

Yes, this would be considered a D&D (dead and decomposed) this type of service requires removal, clean up and sanitation.

DO YOU OFFER SERVICES FOR DOG OR CAT ISSUES?

No, refer to your local animal control.

WHAT ANIMALS DO YOU PROVIDE SERVICE FOR?

Grey Squirrels, Flying Squirrels, Rats, Mice, Snakes, Raccoons, Armadillos, Opossum, Coyotes, Fox, Beavers, and Muskrats.

ARE THERE ANY WILDLIFE ANIMALS YOU DO NOT PROVIDE SERVICE FOR?

No, we service all wildlife animals.

DO ALL WILD ANIMALS CARRY RABIES?

No, but all wild animals are able to carry rabies.

DO YOU COME OUT DURING A WARRANTY TO MAKE SURE THE RODENT HAS NOT REGAINED ENTRY?

We can make a service call and come out if you have any speculation that the rodent has regained entry.
